General information
Linseeds are oval, dark red, almost brown, the ends are sharp, shiny and smooth to the touch. Linseeds are harvested between July and September through threshing wheat in the same way. Important source of Omega 3, minerals, proteins, lipids, linoleic acid, fibers and lignans, having strong anti-oxidant properties.
