- The principal plant of San Gennaro Vesuviano (Naples/Italy) is located in the heart of "Campania Felix" where rich soil favours the production of Italian hazelnuts and walnuts.
- The plant is among the most innovative and technically equipped for nut and dried fruit processing in Europe.
- The production of over 18,000 tons of nuts and dried fruit per annum ranges from traditional nut products to semi-processed goods and softened ready-to-eat fruit.
- The total factory surface area is 26,000 sqm of which 18,000 sqm are covered production areas.
- The plant contains high-speed shelling equipment, processing lines for industrial products and specific equipment for roasting, chopping, meal production and salting.
- The products are packed on 22 different packing lines for any type or style according to specific request.
- 470 highly skilled and experienced employees are involved in processing.
