Food Laboratory for Analysis and Research

  • Internal Besana laboratory for research and analysis on agro-industrial foodstuff
  • Laboratory accredited by ACCREDIA, in compliance with rules of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025, under nr. 0262
  • The list of accredited tests is available in the ACCREDIA website (www.accredia.it)
  • Specialized in chemical, physical, microbiological and sensorial controls on nuts and dried fruit
  • The laboratory employs 10 skilled and dynamical experts
  • The accuracy of tests allow the company to go even beyond the most stringent quality standards
  • Participation in joint research activities in collaboration with the CNR – ISPA (research institute in Bari)
  • Collaborations with  international research institutes: TUBITAK (Turkey), EU SANCO and EFSA (EU), NDFTA (UK) e DFA of California
  • Member of the International Nut and Dried Fruit Council Foundation (INC).
